Luca Valdesi was keen to point out body weight control and movement from the legs. He started with blocks using hip rotation, added stance transitions them put in the side kicks….

This lead nicely on to Gankaku. 

If you’ve never trained with Valdesi sensei before, appreciate his understanding of himself and the mastery he has over his movements.
