Lots of unique approaches to training with one thing in common- Athleticism. You can’t help but be inspired by the way each instructor moves within their chosen discipline.
This week our fitness test was a short one (1 min 30secs), but one that tested the strength in your legs- well done to Harry Clarke who achieved the top score.
Lots of work on side kicks this week. Pushing ourselves to develop the necessary mechanics of the kick. Look at Charlie and his post kicking stretch
