Karate Classes this week

Wednesday Ladybay 4pm and 5pm
Thursday East Bridgford 4:30pm
Friday 4pm and 5pm
Saturday 10am, 11am and 12pm*

Currently we can only have 12per class so booking is recommended

More classes starting the week after.

*adults (14years)
