The pandemic hasn’t been easy. It’s been fantastic to see everyone back to training, but I’m conscious that we have a few holes and a new JKS syllabus to implement in 2022.

I’m running 2 courses on a Monday night in October 6:30-7:30 Rushcliffe School as a catch up on Kata

4th October for Blue belts and above. Covering the first 2 Junro Kata

11th October for all members covering all Heian Kata

This Autumn Course with all give our seniors some teaching experience and we can start to rebuild some savings lost over the past 2years.

5pounds for each training session. 2 stamps towards your grading.
