Junro Kata Course FREE
Develop the JKS kata needed to progress past purple belt.

21st Feb Weapons for Fun
(for space and equipment reasons you must book)
Play with traditional karate weapons

28th Feb Karate Combat
(for space and equipment reasons you must book)
Learn effective combat karate and grappling skills. Parents may join in with their children.
