To those who have got there names down for the September Dan Grading.

I’ve still a few to add, so don’t panic if you haven’t got your members password.

It’s important that children who wish to sit the exam must demonstrate that they are committed to the process and not sitting the exam because of external factors (teacher, parents). We will obviously support you fully if this is what you decide.

If I could offer some advice: Pay attention to the detail. Do what is asked, ask questions and seek to refine.

Good luck to our 2nd Dan candidate. Representing the school, despite the nerves you must feel is a demonstration of the mindset needed of a karateka.

You may not be successful this time, but we are very proud of you.
