Welcome to the Bunbu Dojo Karate School.

IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD are looking to learn MARTIAL ARTS in Rushcliffe, then we have schools in West Bridgford, East Bridgford, Cotgrave, Radcliffe and Ladybay.

Our classes are split and have members aged 4 years upwards.

We are both a traditional and full-time professional karate school based in South Nottingham. We offer Karate and fitness programs to all ages Monday – Saturday at multiple locations.

We are now in our 15th year and have grown to be one of the largest traditional dojo in the East Midlands.

ABOUT US

We work with JKS Japan to provide legitimate, high level traditional Shotokan Karate to anyone who wishes to learn

The Bunbu Dojo Karate School was founded in August 2009 with a purpose to deliver high level technical karate, in classes appropriate to age and to all be affordable to all. We provide what professionals schools give at a price of the community schools and seek to fund those who need it.

We currently teach just over 200 students in mostly traditional karate but we also cover programs in grappling, fitness and weaponry. We put on a regular social calendar and run SQUAD programs for those who wish to compete.
