As this is the last week of karate for 2017, we need enrolment forms in.

This will guarantee your place/class and ensure that that class keeps running (providing numbers are healthy)

If you are unsure if you have completed an enrolment form, then please contact us. If you have completed an enrolment form and the details are correct you will receiving an email before Monday.
