Remember to let us know if you can make the course of the 1st May with 2 elite female karateka as I will need to organise equipment.

We have 2 sessions

12:30pm for a 60 min class for beginners

1:30pm for a 90 min class for more advanced students.

This would be a great opportunity to learn key skills in the field of kumite. This is a tested skill for all black belts and anyone wishing to compete outside of kata.

It should be a good one and I’m looking forward to it.
